Please note! You must bring a valid referral from your GP and a copy of your ID to your 1st appointment. Also be aware that the deductible is addressed to reimbursement under the basic care (basiszorg).

Late Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy
An appointment may be canceled free of charge no less than 48 hours (2 working days) prior to the appointment (weekdays). Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a (no-show) charge of € 90.00. The time reserved for you, can not be used for any other treatment.
